Credencia is a client portal designed to guide businesses through the implementation of ISO Standards, supporting their journey towards certification or compliance recognition.
The platform brings compliance workflows, assessments, risk registers, asset inventories and documentation into a centralised online experience.
Implementing compliance standards requires businesses to collect structured data, complete assessments, manage risks, and maintain extensive documentation. Each stage has specific data requirements and dependencies, creating technically complex workflows.
The challenge was to translate these technical client-defined workflows and specifications into a consistent, intuitive interface. The platform needed to work for multiple compliance standards and help businesses move through the steps toward meeting them.
Worked closely with the client to understand the data, page structures and workflows required for each compliance framework, ensuring all functional requirements were met.
Developed reusable components, layouts and visual patterns to maintain consistency across the platform's diverse modules and compliance workflows.
Prototyped the proposed workflows and identified gaps in the initial wireframes by defining empty states, mapping out how users navigate and edit documents and assets, and choosing suitable interaction patterns for each task.
